Our Adult Class allows the student to learn at their own pace since we are all here for different reasons. We still practice in a traditional martial arts manner with enphisis on respect and determination. The primary focus of the Adult Class is self-defense...period! Adult students can train leisurely, or they can make each class a work-out. Either way, they will be learn how to defend themselves in a variety of self-defense situations.

Our ADULT CLASS meets every Tuesday & Thursday from 7:00pm - 8:00pm. Cost of a monthly membership is $65.00* per month, after the initial $79.00 start-up fee (includes Uniform). **MULTI-FAMILY DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE!
